Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your TideForm 3D purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at tideform3d@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, installed, or modified cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
